Amazon (AWS) Comprehend Medical is a HIPAA-eligible natural language processing (NLP) service that uses machine learning to extract health data from medical text–no machine learning experience is required.

Amazon Comprehend Pricing
Amazon (AWS) Comprehend Pricing is based on usage of the features. Requests in Amazon Comprehend is measured in Units. 1 unit is 100 characters. Minimum 3 units (300 characters) per request. This means even if your request has just 50 character, you will still charged a minimum 3 units.
For example, If you have a website with reviews enabled on it and on average there will be 20000 comments per day and each comment will have at least 500 characters, following will be Total cost of utilizing the Amazon Comprehend for Sentiment analysis.
